Breaking down a javelin throw

First you have to hold the javelin like you would put a pole straight into the ground.
secondly you hold the javelin back and the tip is near but not too close to your face.
Thirdly when about to run make sure its a smooth run and your perpendicular and the javelin is facing the target.
Fourthly when in the running stage you make sure you turn to your right side and your right feet/legs cross over with your left leg/foot a couple times.
Fifthly you bring the javelin up and nearly throw with a straight arm and aim at a 45 degree angle.
And the sixth step is to make sure you follow through.   Image result for javelin throwImage result for javelin throw
